When you provide your phone number verbally to our AI receptionist during an inbound call to book an appointment, you consent to receive an SMS appointment confirmation. Our AI agent reads back your phone number before finalizing the booking.

We may send you SMS messages for the following purposes:

• Service notifications — updates about your project status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support communications — responses to support inquiries or follow-up information you have requested.
• Appointment reminders — confirmations and reminders for scheduled demo calls or meetings.

2.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency is 2–6 messages per month per active service engagement. You may receive more messages during active project phases or when you have requested appointment scheduling via our AI receptionist.

2.4 Rates and Charges

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier for SMS messages sent to or received from Tesan AI.

2.5 Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number, except as required by law. To re-enroll, reply START or contact us directly.
