Acceptable Use Policy

1. Messaging

• No spam. Do not send email, texts or calls to people who have not consented where consent is required, and honor every opt-out promptly.
• No purchased, rented or scraped contact lists for texting or calling.
• Identify yourself in every message and do not use misleading sender names, subject lines or caller IDs.
• Follow carrier and A2P 10DLC rules for text messaging, including registering your use case where required.

2. Content

• No unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful or sexually exploitative content.
• No content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• No malware, phishing pages or links to them on websites you build with the Service.
• No use of AI output to impersonate a real person or to mislead people about who they are dealing with.

3. The platform and its limits

• Do not scrape, crawl or bulk-extract data from the Service except through features we provide for that purpose, such as CSV export.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile or try to discover source code or model prompts, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Do not share login credentials or let people outside your business use your account.
• Do not resell, sublicense or offer the Service as a service bureau to third parties without our written agreement.
• Do not try to get around usage limits, token metering, lead caps, billing or bot checks, for example by creating multiple trial accounts.
• Do not probe, scan or test the security of the Service, or interfere with its operation, without our written permission. Report vulnerabilities to [email protected].

4. Sensitive and regulated data

• Do not store payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, or protected health information in the Service unless we have agreed to it in writing.
• Law firms and other licensed professionals must use the Service in line with their professional rules, including confidentiality and advertising rules.

5. Enforcement

If we believe you have violated this policy we may remove content, throttle or pause features, or suspend or terminate your account under our Terms of Service. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
