Affiliate Program Terms
These terms govern participation in the Tesan AI affiliate program. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, able to enter a contract, and approved by Tesan AI. We may accept or decline any application.
2. Referrals
You may share your unique tracking link or submit a prospect through the partner portal. You may not refer yourself, fabricate prospects, or bid on Tesan AI trademarks. Cookie attribution lasts 90 days (last click). A portal submission from an approved partner takes priority over a later cookie for the same prospect email.
3. Commission
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, commission is 10% of the referred client's first-year contract value, payable after Tesan AI collects the first invoice. Tesan AI decides whether a lead is qualified or converted.
4. Conduct
No spam, cookie stuffing, misleading claims, or representing yourself as a Tesan AI employee. We may pause or terminate your account for abuse.
5. Independent contractor
You are an independent contractor. You are responsible for your own taxes. Nothing in this program creates employment, partnership, or agency.
